Create:

• orders — order_id INTEGER PRIMARY KEY, order_date DATE NOT NULL
• order_lines — order_id INTEGER referencing orders, line_no INTEGER, qty INTEGER NOT NULL (must be positive), with (order_id, line_no) as the primary key
